Water System
We are a class A water system, which requires us to have certified operators to maintain the system and to conduct regular water testing; therefore, we have contracted with Northwest Water Systems for this service. Currently, we are not allowed to add more water hook ups to our system, but the board is actively working on several solutions.
All lot owners (developed or undeveloped) are charged a $26.75 monthly water infrastructure maintenance fee. Those with water are charged additionally for the water they use. Payments can be mailed or place in the Cole Point Water mailbox located in the postal structure near Lake Josephine Way.
We take pride in maintaining road access for Cole Point landowners on Anderson Island. Our team works diligently to ensure safe and accessible roads for the community, promoting convenience and connectivity. The speed limit on our roads is 15 mph or slower in order to minimize the dust for our neighbors and to reduce wear on the road.
Cole Point Association charges bi-annually for road maintenance. Assessments depend on what lot(s) you own. In January, there is a $150 assessment for all Cole Point Association lots (developed or undeveloped). These fees are are used to maintain Cole Point Road from Lake Josephine Way to the pumphouse as well as our mailbox structure. In July, there is another $150 assessment for those who own lots (developed or undeveloped) beyond the pumphouse. Our members who live on 110th Street and Dahlgren Road maintain their own roads.
