Welcome to the Cole Point neighborhood. We are a non-profit, small water utility company dedicated to serving Cole Point homeowners and landowners on Anderson Island. Our mission is to provide reliable water services and maintain the roads within the community. We are a collection of permanent home residences, seasonal home residences, and undeveloped lots.
